Did you know children of color often don’t have access to books and are less exposed to the sciences? Science is Everywhere, Science is for Everyone exposes young readers to 10 different sciences in an inclusive way. I’m collaborating with Hendley Elementary School, located in Ward 8 of Washington DC, and Harlan Elementary School, located in my hometown of Wilmington Delaware, where I first discovered my passion for science, to gift students with my book. The goal is to gift each of the students with a copy of Science is Everywhere, Science is for Everyone, as they start their new school year.
